Dignity 4 Patients Company Limited By Guarantee is a charitable patient-support and advocacy organisation dedicated to people who have experienced sexual abuse or inappropriate sexual behaviour within medical, healthcare or therapeutic settings. Since its foundation in 2009, the charity has worked across Ireland to amplify survivors' voices, defend their rights and help restore the dignity they deserve.

The organisation offers a confidential helpline, SMS service and out-of-hours support line, providing a safe space for survivors to seek advice, emotional assistance and information about their options. Its core services include Victim Rights advocacy, tailored victim resources to guide individuals through the healing journey, and practical help in pursuing justice. Dignity 4 Patients also raises public awareness through documentaries produced in partnership with RTE Prime Time Investigations and regular news updates on relevant cases.

By combining direct, compassionate support with a strong advocacy agenda, Dignity 4 Patients empowers survivors throughout Ireland to move from trauma towards recovery and empowerment.
