The Digital Advertising Bureau of Ireland (IAB Ireland) is the industry-wide body that prove, promote and protect the Irish online advertising ecosystem. As a member of the global IAB network, it brings together advertisers, agencies, ad-tech firms and media owners/platforms to create a sustainable, transparent market for all stakeholders.

IAB Ireland delivers a suite of research, training and certification services that help members stay ahead of the fast-moving digital landscape. Its flagship research includes the annual PwC Online Adspend Study - which recorded €958 million in total digital ad spend for 2023, with mobile accounting for 79 % of that spend. The organisation also runs specialised councils (Advertising Effectiveness, Digital Audio), a Gold Standard certification for buyers and sellers, and a range of industry-focused events, webinars and bespoke training programmes. Through its Policy & Regulatory Affairs team, IAB Ireland represents the sector with policymakers and regulators, championing best practice on GDPR, ePrivacy, brand safety and supply-chain transparency.
