The Irish Institute of Training & Development (L&DI) is the non-profit professional body that represents and supports individuals and organisations involved in human-resource training and development throughout Ireland. Founded in 1969, the Institute champions best practice, sets industry benchmarks and provides a recognised mark of quality for learning and development programmes.
