North Tipperary Schoolchildren's Football League Company Limited By Guarantee (NTSFL) is a community-driven organisation that organises and administers school-age football competitions throughout the North Tipperary region. Operating under a management committee, the league provides a structured, safe and enjoyable environment for boys and girls from under-12s up to under-18s, delivering a full suite of league, cup, shield and championship fixtures across both genders.

The league's portfolio includes a wide range of age-specific tournaments - from the U12 Premier and Major divisions for schoolboys to the U18 Girls League and Cup - as well as an Academy programme that runs inter-league SFAI competitions and offers development resources for emerging talent. In addition to competition management, NTSFL places a strong emphasis on child safeguarding, providing clear policies, handbooks and disciplinary guidance to ensure the welfare of all participants. By fostering local club involvement and celebrating achievements through a Roll of Honour, the league plays a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of Irish footballers.
