Fresh Start Care Holdings Limited is a specialist provider of residential and therapeutic care for vulnerable children and young people across Ireland. Since its inception in 2001, the organisation has built a network of fully registered residential care centres that are designed to meet the individual needs of each young person, rather than expecting them to fit a one-size-fits-all model.

The core of Fresh Start's service is a robust assessment framework that informs personalised care packages, delivered in partnership with the Child & Family Agency (TUSLA) in the Republic of Ireland and the Northern Health & Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. Clinical oversight is provided by a consultant psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist and a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring that therapeutic and clinical approaches are woven into everyday practice.

With a resilient staff group and a commitment to low unplanned discharge rates-under 5 % since the programme began-Fresh Start continues to offer high-quality, innovative care that recognises the diverse backgrounds and needs of the children and young people it supports.
