AllergyCounts Limited is a specialist medical service that has been delivering high-quality, medically supervised allergy diagnostics across Ireland for more than 25 years. Operating from the Hermitage Medical Clinic, the team provides a comprehensive range of tests for adults, children and infants, including skin-prick testing, patch testing for dermatological conditions, food intolerance panels, lung-function assessments for asthma and other respiratory disorders, and targeted immunotherapy for specific allergens.

Referrals are welcomed from family doctors, medical specialists, dietitians and directly from members of the public, and every result is reviewed by a Consultant with expertise in allergy. In addition to diagnostics, AllergyCounts offers practical support such as adrenaline self-administration training, personalised self-management plans and referrals for dietetic consultations where food allergies are identified.

Led by Professor Peter Greally, MD, FRCPI, FRCPCH, DCH, and supported by Rita Lynch, the clinic combines clinical rigour with a patient-centred approach, helping individuals across the country regain control of their health and enjoy a life less limited by allergy and asthma.
