Empowerment Plus Company Limited By Guarantee (EPlus) is a nationwide Irish charity dedicated to strengthening the futures of children, young people and families. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the organisation provides immediate, no-waiting-list assistance through a simple online referral system, ensuring help is available whenever it is needed.

EPlus's core programmes cover a wide spectrum of support, including Family Contact Support and Supervision, Supervised Transport, Emergency Overnight Support, Foster Placement Support, Family Support and Targeted Interventions. Services are strength-based and tailored to individuals of all ages-from newborns to care leavers-helping them to thrive within their own communities. With more than 1,750 staff members and thousands of families engaged over the past five years, the charity also offers career opportunities for social care workers across the country.
