St. Abbans Community Association Company Limited by Guarantee (St Abbans A.C.) is a vibrant athletics club dedicated to nurturing talent and promoting active lifestyles across the Carlow and Laois region. The club offers a comprehensive programme that blends high‑performance competition with recreational and juvenile training, catering for athletes from under‑10s through to senior levels. Weekly sessions include specialised juvenile training for those born from 2017 onwards, as well as open‑hour recreational classes designed to improve overall health and fitness.

It organises a calendar of events such as the Carlow & Laois Indoor Meet, primary‑school competitions and the Leinster Schools Cross Country, attracting participants from across Ireland.
