Irish Reporting & Information Security Service Company Limited By Guarantee (IRISS) operates Ireland's first Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), known as IRISS-CERT. The not-for-profit organisation delivers a free, nationwide service that helps individuals, businesses and public bodies protect their information systems and create a safer Irish internet environment.

IRISS offers a suite of practical resources and guidance, including data-breach advice, mobile-malware awareness, and best-practice recommendations for securing IT infrastructure. In addition, the team organises the IRISS-CERT Cyber Crime Conference, curates useful external links, and provides media updates on emerging security threats. All services are provided at no cost to users across the island, reinforcing IRISS's commitment to high-quality information security for the whole community.
