By harnessing the region's central position within the Midlands Triangle, the company is spearheading the creation of a 1 800-acre site that will host Ireland's first airport directly linked to the national rail network.

The development plan centres on a mixed-use hub that will generate around 5 000 jobs. Of these, 2 000 positions will be based within the airport itself, while an additional 2 600 roles will arise in related sectors such as maintenance, distribution and service industries. A further 600 jobs are expected to be induced in the surrounding community, supporting local businesses and facilities.
