Equal Ireland Education, Research & Related Services Co. Ltd by Guarantee is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to widening access to higher education for adults throughout Ireland. By partnering with the Atlantic Technological University and the Technological University of the Shannon, it delivers a suite of accredited programmes-including certificates, higher certificates, BA and BA (Hons) degrees-in business, social enterprise, community development and leadership. Courses are offered part-time, online or face-to-face in local community centres, allowing learners to study flexibly while keeping costs to a minimum.

Beyond formal qualifications, Equal Ireland runs practical workshops that build confidence, digital literacy, financial awareness and pathways to employment, and provides one-to-one mentoring to support each student's journey.
