County Kilkenny LEADER Partnership (KLP) is a not-for-profit development organisation dedicated to enhancing the economic, social and cultural wellbeing of people, communities and small enterprises across County Kilkenny. Acting as a catalyst for local development, KLP designs and delivers an integrated strategy that brings together training, work placements, grant assistance and specialist advice to help residents and businesses thrive.

The partnership's portfolio spans a wide range of programmes, from Employment Supports and weekly Jobs Packs to targeted initiatives for migrants, youth, the Traveller community and local groups. It also runs events, promotes recreation and tourism, and supports forward-looking projects in renewable energy, SMART technologies and the Nore Vision scheme. Funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme, KLP works closely with the Department of Rural and Community Development to ensure inclusive, sustainable growth.
