Fingal Leader Partnership Company Limited by Guarantee is a community-driven organisation dedicated to promoting local development and social inclusion across County Fingal north of the N2 and the wider rural Dublin area. By harnessing the LEADER Rural Development Programme, the partnership delivers a suite of targeted initiatives that support enterprise development, create employment, provide education opportunities and help communities tackle climate change and other local challenges.

Key programmes include the TÚS work-placement scheme for the unemployed, the CARE & REPAIR service - run with Age Action - which offers free minor repairs for older and vulnerable residents, the Rural Social Scheme (RSS) that supplies income support to farmers and fisherfolk, and the WORKABILITY project that assists people with intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions to enter the labour market. Underpinning all activity are the values of respect, dignity, transparency and compassion, ensuring that funding and guidance are delivered with integrity and a focus on real results for the people and groups they serve.
