Carlow County Development Partnership (CCDP) is the Local Development Company for County Carlow, dedicated to making the county a better place to live, work and thrive. Drawing on more than three decades of experience, CCDP delivers a suite of State- and EU-funded programmes that tackle disadvantage, support social inclusion and stimulate rural and enterprise development across the region.

Key services include the Rural Development Programme (LEADER), the Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP), the Community Employment Scheme, the Tús and Rural Social Schemes, as well as SEAI Master Plans that guide communities toward greater energy efficiency and renewable energy use. CCDP also provides hands-on training and labour supports, offering one-to-one mentoring, funding advice and pre-employment assistance to community groups and individuals. Through research, case studies and grassroots collaboration, the partnership builds local leadership, connects stakeholders and creates vibrant, inclusive communities throughout County Carlow.
