County Kildare Leader Partnership Company Limited By Guarantee (CKLP) is a community-focused organisation dedicated to building a vibrant, inclusive society across Co. Kildare. Its core mission is to enable individuals and groups to take part fully in social, economic and cultural life, delivering a range of programmes that activate and support local communities.

CKLP runs the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP), the Rural Social Scheme, Older Voices Kildare and the Dara Project, alongside targeted support for the unemployed, grant-funding assistance and bespoke initiatives for individuals and community groups. Recent highlights include the Kildare Green Upskilling Programme, free forest-school facilitator training for educators, and a central job-listing hub that aggregates opportunities throughout the county. All activities are co-funded by the Irish Government's Department of Rural and Community Development and the European Union's European Social Fund Plus under the Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training (EIST) Programme 2021-2027.

Through these services, CKLP acts as a catalyst for social inclusion, empowering residents to turn ideas into action and fostering a resilient, connected Kildare community.
