ARROW LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Arrow Leadership Programme is an Irish-based charity dedicated to developing Christian leaders for churches and para-church organisations. Over a two-year, integrated learning journey the programme helps participants deepen God-centred character, clarify their calling and build practical competence in leadership, mission and evangelism.

The curriculum blends four residential gatherings, monthly mentor meetings, personal assessments, peer-cell sessions and guided reading, all delivered in small groups of no more than 24 to maximise interaction with experienced trainers and mentors. Designed for committed disciples aged roughly 25-40 who hold paid leadership roles, Arrow equips them with spiritual resilience, confidence and a "tool-kit" for ministry, while fostering authentic community among participants.

Having already supported over 2000 graduates worldwide, Arrow continues to serve leaders across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, drawing on a seasoned board and leadership team to guide each cohort toward a vibrant, Kingdom-focused future.
