The Irish Reflexologists' Institute (IRI) is a self-regulating, members-representative body that has been championing professional reflexology in Ireland since 1985. As the principal organisation for reflexologists, IRI works to raise the profile of reflexotherapy, uphold high standards of practice and maintain a trusted register of qualified practitioners for referral purposes.

IRI supports its members through a range of specialised services, including advanced postgraduate courses, continuous professional development (CPD) webinars on topics such as fertility support and nutrition, and basic first-aid training. It offers three membership categories - Student, Full (for fully qualified reflexologists, with a discount for new graduates) and Associate (for non-practising or retired members) - ensuring that practitioners at every stage of their career have access to resources, networking opportunities and a recognised professional community.

Serving reflexologists across the island, the Institute also collaborates with major health insurers, helping members potentially claim partial refunds for reflexology treatments. Through its educational events, practitioner register and advocacy work, IRI continues to promote reflexology as a respected complementary therapy for people of all ages.
