NORTH EAST DUBLIN COMMUNITY SERVICES INITIATIVE COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

North East Dublin Community Services Initiative (NEDCSI) is a non-profit company limited by guarantee that champions community-based employment across the North Inner City. Established to address the challenges faced by disadvantaged neighbourhoods, the organisation now oversees more than 60 posts, delivering a range of projects that create sustainable work opportunities for local residents.

The initiative's core service is the development and management of community employment schemes, ensuring that funding and resources are directed where they have the greatest impact. All activities are financed through the Community Services Programme administered by Pobal on behalf of the Department of Rural and Community Development, allowing NEDCSI to provide high-value, long-term support to the North East Dublin community.

By focusing on locally-driven solutions, NEDCSI helps to build skills, confidence and economic resilience, making a tangible difference in the lives of those living in the inner city.
