MyMind is an Irish mental-health service that makes professional counselling and psychotherapy accessible and affordable for individuals, children, adolescents and couples. By combining a large network of licensed, vetted therapists with both face-to-face and secure video-based sessions, MyMind removes the need for a GP referral and offers appointments within 72 hours, often on a sliding-scale fee structure that includes discounts for students, the unemployed and those earning under €25,000 a year.

Clients can register online in just ten short questions, then use a personal dashboard to book sessions, view payments and track their mental-wellbeing journey. Services are delivered in MyMind centres across Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Mayo and Carlow, as well as through online video for anyone unable to attend in person.
