New Communities Partnership (NCP) is Ireland's largest independent, migrant-led national network, bringing together more than 150 immigrant-run groups representing 65 nationalities. As a community-driven organisation, NCP works "by community members for community members", drawing on lived experience to shape services that promote social inclusion, equality and empowerment for migrants and their families across the country.

The partnership delivers a suite of specialist programmes, including the Migrant Family Support Service (MFSS) which offers culturally sensitive advocacy for families facing child-protection interventions, and the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) that tackles poverty through local and regional collaboration. Additional initiatives comprise the NCP Support Group for Ukrainian Mothers, the multi-lingual Citizenship Application Support Service (CASS), an annual Migrant Info & Job Fair, and a youth project that explores the challenges faced by migrant young people. Together, these services address education, training, employment, cultural understanding and citizenship, helping migrants build thriving lives in Ireland.
