Le Chéile Mentoring Company Limited by Guarantee is a national, volunteer-led organisation dedicated to giving hope and direction to young people at risk and the families who support them. By matching trained volunteers with mentees for just one to three hours a week, Le Chéile provides the stability, encouragement and understanding that can turn a life around, while offering mentors a deep sense of purpose and fulfilment.

The charity's core services include Youth Mentoring, Parent Mentoring, Restorative Justice and Family Support programmes such as the Strengthening Families Programme. With more than 250 active volunteers, the organisation currently supports hundreds of young people and parents each year, helping them develop personal resilience, avoid reoffending and build stronger family connections.
