National Centre for Youth Mental Health Company Limited by Guarantee, operating under the name Jigsaw, is Ireland's dedicated national hub for young-people's mental-health support. Based in Dublin, Jigsaw offers confidential, non-judgemental assistance to anyone aged 12-25, as well as to their families, parents and professionals who work with them. Services are delivered both in-person and online, ensuring that help is accessible regardless of location or circumstance.

The organisation's core offering centres on listening and providing tailored guidance, whether a young person is seeking advice for the first time or a family needs ongoing support. Recent funding of €1.3 million will expand these services into Waterford and Clare, reinforcing Jigsaw's commitment to reach young people across the country. Recognised with the Mental Health Initiative of the Year award at the 2025 Irish Healthcare Awards, Jigsaw continues to champion mental-wellbeing, inviting the public to support its work through donations, volunteering and fundraising.
