Building Services Engineering Limited (BSE Ltd) is a specialist facility-engineering firm founded in 2005. Drawing on more than 30 years of engineering experience, the company offers a single point of contact for the design, supply, installation, service, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) systems, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) equipment and fire-safety engineering.

BSE's core specialisations include heat-pump solutions, ventilation and heat-recovery units, air-conditioning and refrigeration plant, chillers and comprehensive mechanical services. Through its dedicated BSE Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration division, the team provides 24-hour, seven-day support to clients across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and throughout the country. The firm also delivers consultancy, project-supervision (design and construction stages) and certified fire-safety engineering for commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential and public-sector projects, including county councils and the OPW.
