DC Fish Ltd. is a family-run seafood business based in Union Hall, West Cork. Owned and operated by father-son duo Niall and William Deasy, the fourth-generation fishing team brings more than 50 years of experience to the Irish market. Their own multi-function vessel, the M.F.V. Ocean Pioneer, harvests prawns and whitefish off the south-west coast, where the catch is flash-frozen at sea within two hours of landing to lock in peak freshness.
