Inner City Organisations Network (ICON) is a community-driven organisation operating in Dublin's north-east inner city. As a network of local groups, ICON works to combat disadvantage, amplify the voice of residents and shape policy on issues that affect the area, from drug- and alcohol-related harm to the acute housing crisis.

The network delivers a range of services that include peer-led programmes for people with autism and additional needs, a Housing Information & Advocacy Service, and targeted campaigning on derelict properties and emergency accommodation. ICON also produces research and policy papers - such as the recent "Autism & Additional Needs" report and the "Trapped in Treatment" briefing - and makes formal submissions to bodies like the Citizens Assembly and national referenda on housing.

Through events, publications and grassroots advocacy, ICON strives to create a more inclusive, resilient community where residents are heard, supported and empowered to shape their own future.
