The Irish Primary Principals' Network (IPPN) is the leading professional body for primary-school leaders in Ireland, drawing on 25 years of experience to help principals and deputy principals become more effective in their roles. Through its strategic plan for 2026-2030, IPPN clarifies its purpose, activities and impact, ensuring the organisation remains ready to support, communicate, collaborate and evolve at a pivotal time for Irish education.

IPPN offers a suite of services tailored to school leaders, including the annual Deputy Principals' Conference, a Burnout Prevention Digital Series created with accredited mental-health specialist Sinéad Kennedy, and the "Leading for Impact" podcast that explores leadership challenges and opportunities.
