DEANSRATH FAMILY CENTRE

Deansrath Family Centre is a community-focused organisation dedicated to promoting stability through positive parenting for families in Clondalkin and the surrounding area. Drawing on a team of highly experienced staff, the centre provides a seamless continuum of services from pre-birth through to age 17, with programmes designed to support children, parents and carers at every stage of development.

The centre's work is organised into three age-specific pathways: the Early Hub for children from before birth to three years, the Middle Huddle for ages three to twelve, and the Later Pod for adolescents aged twelve to eighteen. All three are recognised by Early Childhood Ireland as Centres of Excellence and also hold the Incredible Years Centre of Excellence accreditation. Services include early-intervention supports, intensive targeted programmes, everyday parenting courses, and a range of social groups for fathers, mothers and families, as well as regular family mornings and community gardening projects.

Families can be referred by parents, carers or healthcare professionals via a downloadable referral form, ensuring that support is accessible and tailored to local needs. By fostering strong, durable connections with families, Deansrath Family Centre works to break intergenerational cycles of educational and social deprivation and to give every child the best possible foundation for the future.
