Irish Platform for Patients' Organisations, Science and Industry (IPPOSI) is a patient-led, non-profit alliance that brings together more than 100 patient organisations, 250 scientists and academics, and 25 companies to ensure the patient voice sits at the centre of health policy, research and innovation in Ireland. By working collaboratively with patients, government, industry, science and academia, IPPOSI champions four priority areas: access to innovative medicines and treatments, genuine patient involvement in decision-making, the provision of modern, digital health information, and education that empowers patients to engage fully with the health system.

Through its membership network, IPPOSI offers advocacy, research support and a platform for dialogue, enabling patients to influence R&D processes and health-care reforms. The organisation also provides resources and training that help patients and professionals alike understand and navigate the evolving health landscape. With a clear mandate from its members, IPPOSI is dedicated to making health innovation inclusive, transparent and truly patient-focused across the Republic of Ireland.
