FunFly Aerosports, a limited company by guarantee, is one of Ireland’s newest flying clubs, operating from Benfield Airfield. The club provides a friendly gateway to the skies for anyone with a passion for recreational aviation, from complete beginners to seasoned pilots looking for a modern, affordable platform to keep flying.

The core offering centres on comprehensive training programmes, including the EASA Private Pilot Licence (PPL‑A), the EASA Light‑Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL) and the corresponding National licences. All courses are supported by full ground‑school instruction and briefings, ensuring students gain the knowledge and confidence required for safe flight. Members also enjoy access to a fleet of ICP Savannah S aircraft, with self‑fly options that keep the cost of personal flying within reach.
