ERP is a specialist provider of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services, helping manufacturers and brand owners meet their legal obligations for the collection, treatment and recycling of waste streams such as WEEE (electronic and electrical equipment), batteries, packaging and, most recently, textiles. Operating as part of a global network of nearly 40 Producer Responsibility Organisations, ERP delivers take‑back, compliance and circular‑economy solutions across Ireland and a wide range of European markets, including the UK, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain and the USA (California).

Founded in 2002 by Hewlett‑Packard, Electrolux, Sony and Procter & Gamble, ERP now employs over 450 staff from more than 30 nationalities. Its services are aimed primarily at producers – from large multinational brands to smaller manufacturers – who need a simple, cost‑effective route to fulfil EPR duties under the EU Waste Framework Directive and related national schemes. By leveraging multinational recycling operations, ERP enables clients to achieve regulatory compliance while advancing circular‑economy goals.
