Company Description
The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Ireland is the elected administrative body that coordinates the activities of the Bahá'í community throughout the island. It provides a focal point for believers who are working to promote the Bahá'í principles of universal peace, the elimination of prejudice and the oneness of humanity, and it supports the community's spiritual and social endeavours.
Through the Bahá'í World News Service the Assembly shares regular updates, articles and multimedia content that highlight the global Bahá'í effort to build a more harmonious world. It produces short films - such as the RTÉ-aired snapshot of Bahá'ís in Dublin and Wicklow - and a series of podcasts, including "Sparks of Hope", which explore topics ranging from Irish identity to the centenary of 'Abdu'l-Bahá. The Assembly also helps organise conferences and events, like the "Building Vibrant Communities" gathering at the National University of Ireland Galway, fostering dialogue and collaboration across Irish society.
Rooted in the Irish capital's active community and serving Bahá'ís nationwide, the Assembly offers a welcoming platform for anyone interested in learning about the Faith, participating in its educational programmes, or joining its efforts to create a more inclusive and just society.
