SUICIDE OR SURVIVE

Suicide or Survive is a dedicated mental-health organisation that delivers a range of evidence-based programmes aimed at preventing suicide and promoting wellbeing. Their core offering centres on the SOS suite of initiatives, which includes the Supporters Programme, the Eden Programme and a series of Wellness Workshops, all of which welcomed participants throughout 2024. These programmes are designed to equip individuals, families and community groups with practical tools and peer support to navigate crisis situations and build lasting resilience.

In addition to the SOS programmes, Suicide or Survive provides specialised training for workplaces. Their Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) framework, alongside targeted seminars for managers and team leaders, helps organisations embed a culture of mental-health awareness and proactive support.
