The core of Rainbow's offering is its collaboration with TUSLA, the statutory Child and Family Agency. Under a binding subcontract, Rainbow delivers and enhances community-based residential services, complementing the existing provision that TUSLA operates. This partnership enables the organisation to provide a safe, supportive environment where adolescents can build confidence, develop life-skills and access the guidance they need to thrive.
