Cloyne Diocesan Youth Services (CDYS) is a leading charitable organisation that empowers young people across the Cloyne and North Cork City area. As a company limited by guarantee, CDYS delivers a broad range of youth-work services, including youth diversion programmes, family support, learning and training initiatives, detached youth work, therapeutic services and international youth projects. It also runs the UBU "Your Space Your Place" scheme and a network of volunteer-led youth clubs, supporting eight clubs and more than 3,000 young people in 2024.

Beyond direct work with young people, CDYS offers employability and volunteering opportunities, helping participants develop skills and confidence for the future. The organisation is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and adheres to the Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector, ensuring transparency and accountability. With a passionate team of staff and over 300 volunteers, CDYS continues to foster safe, inclusive spaces where youth can thrive, learn and contribute to their communities.
