Optimal Coaching Limited is a specialist coaching practice founded by Heather Blackmore, a seasoned professional with over 3 000 hours of client work since 2007. Drawing on her own experience of ADHD and more than three decades in diverse business sectors, Heather offers one‑to‑one coaching that helps executives, entrepreneurs and other high‑performing professionals harness the strengths of neurodiversity.

The service is bespoke, beginning with a thorough understanding of each client’s unique ADHD profile and any co‑existing conditions such as dyslexia, ASD or anxiety. Clients are guided to sharpen executive‑functioning skills, master the art of “deep work”, and translate their distinctive brain‑wiring into a competitive edge. Heather’s qualifications include an honours business degree, a Certificate in Coaching Skills, the Advanced Professional ADHD Coach Training from the New York‑based ADD Coach Academy, and ongoing CPD through programmes such as mBIT and family‑coaching studies.
