WEXFORD CONSORTIUM FOR SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT (W.C.S.E.) COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Wexford Consortium for Supported Employment (W.C.S.E.) is a not-for-profit organisation that runs the EmployAbility Service in Wexford. Its core mission is to help people with a disability find and keep sustainable employment in the open labour market, offering a free, specialist recruitment and support service that bridges the gap between job seekers and employers.

The service provides two dedicated portals - one for employers and one for job seekers - where users can register, access tailored advice and explore suitable opportunities. Through personalised coaching, workplace adjustments and ongoing follow-up, EmployAbility assists candidates from the initial application stage right through to long-term retention. Employers benefit from guidance on inclusive hiring practices and access to a pool of skilled, motivated candidates.

Funded by the Irish Government's Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection, the consortium operates from Enniscorthy in County Wexford, serving both local businesses and job seekers across the region.
