The Humanist Association of Ireland (HAI) is a nationwide community championing humanist philosophy and a secular, fair society. By offering a welcoming space for people without religious affiliation, the association encourages members to share experiences, develop humanist ideals and enjoy equal treatment from the State.

A core service of HAI is its network of trained celebrants, who conduct around 3,000 ceremonies each year-births, marriages, funerals and other life-milestones-available 365 days a year. In addition, the organisation runs regular events, advocacy campaigns and publishes *Being Human*, a free-to-read digital magazine that explores thoughtful, compassionate writing on contemporary issues.
