Company Description
International Human Rights Network (IHRN) is a not-for-profit organisation operating from County Meath, Ireland. Building on the legacy of the International Human Rights Trust founded in 1995, IHRN champions human-rights-based approaches (HRBA) and offers capacity-building support to a wide range of partners, including states, inter-governmental bodies, civil-society groups and private-sector actors.
The Network's core services span advisory work, bespoke training, project needs assessments, design and evaluation, organisational reviews, as well as research and analysis. IHRN also provides pro-bono assistance to NGOs in the developing world seeking to strengthen their HRBA practice. Notable initiatives include the joint HRBA project with the International Federation Terre des Hommes, Action Aid International and Amnesty International EU Office, and a suite of training programmes that promote sustainable partnership and accountability to host societies.
Through its extensive portfolio of past assignments and ongoing events, IHRN delivers practical expertise that helps organisations embed human-rights principles into development policies and programmes, fostering more equitable and just outcomes worldwide.
