Galro (Ireland) Limited is a specialist support organisation founded in 2003 that delivers flexible, quality-focused services to vulnerable children and adults. Drawing on its origins as a Guardian ad Litem office, Galro champions the rights of those with intellectual disability, autism and behaviours that challenge, ensuring they receive dignified, non-judgemental care that enhances quality of life.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of supports, including residential accommodation, respite provision, community-based mentoring and home-support programmes. It also runs specialised models of care for individuals referred by the HSE and TUSLA, with dedicated services such as Kilbixy Day, Professional and Supported Access.
