The Wicklow Supported Employment Network Company Limited By Guarantee delivers the Wicklow Employability Service - a free, confidential, government-funded programme that helps people aged 18-65 with a disability, long-term illness, injury or mental-health difficulty find and keep sustainable work. Acting on behalf of the Department of Social Protection, the network advocates with agencies and potential employers, identifies suitable vacancies and offers practical advice on welfare payments and medical-card queries when taking up employment.

Their support is split between jobseekers and employers. Jobseekers receive one-to-one coaching, help with setting career goals, personalised job-sourcing, interview preparation and ongoing post-placement follow-up. Employers benefit from free advice, information on financial incentives, access to a skilled and diverse workforce and guidance on workplace adjustments, all delivered by fully trained employment specialists. Based in Bray, County Wicklow, the service works with local inclusive employers to promote diversity and inclusion across the Wicklow region.
