Ballinderreen Playgroup Company Limited By Guarantee runs the Ballinderreen Community Creche in the heart of Ballinderreen Village, Co. Galway. The centre provides a warm, nurturing environment for children from four months old through the early primary years, supporting families with flexible childcare options throughout the day.

The creche is organised into three age-specific rooms. The Baby-Wobbler "Busy Bees" room cares for infants up to the point they are ready to move on to the toddler spaces, "Crazy Caterpillars" and "Ladybirds", where confidence and self-esteem are fostered through play-based learning. The Montessori "Beavers" room introduces early literacy, numeracy and creative activities such as arts, crafts, singing and dancing, with monthly progress reviews available for parents. In addition, a Breakfast Club (8:00-8:55 am) and an Afterschool programme (1:30-6:30 pm) offer supervised homework time, free play and group activities, with collection from Ballinderreen National School and a bus service from Educate Together, Kilcolgan.
