The Down Syndrome Centre Company Limited By Guarantee is Ireland's sole charity dedicated to providing clinical, educational and wellbeing services for children with Down syndrome from birth to 18 years, and for their families. Operating full-service centres in Dublin (Sandyford and Swords), as well as sites in Cork, Carrickmacross and Portlaoise, the organisation also runs the Together Academy in Ballsbridge - an employment and certified-training centre for young adults with Down syndrome.

The Centre's multidisciplinary team of qualified speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and specialist teachers delivers personalised, evidence-based programmes that support children in reaching developmental milestones and achieving their full potential. Early-intervention approaches are offered at the earliest opportunity, evolving with each child's growth to promote independence and active participation in society.
