Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA) is a not‑for‑profit housing provider that delivers new‑build social and affordable homes across Ireland. Operating in partnership with local authorities, state agencies, developers and funders, Circle VHA currently manages and owns more than 2,700 homes nationwide and has set an ambitious target to add over 3,000 additional units in the next four years.

The association’s core services include the provision of cost‑rental homes, online rent payment, repair logging, and a robust tenant‑engagement framework. Tenants can join the Tenant Advisory Group, access a dedicated portal for rent and repairs, and contribute to the quarterly Tenant Newsletter.
