EFFECTIVE AID UKRAINE COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Effective Aid Ukraine is an Irish‑ and Ukrainian‑registered non‑governmental organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with physical and mental disabilities across Ukraine. The charity focuses on those who are currently living permanently in institutional settings, working to transition them towards a more independent, active and fulfilling way of life.

The organisation partners with regional authorities and like‑minded NGOs – notably the Lviv Regional Council and the Ukrainian foundation Without Limits – to deliver practical, sustainable change. Through these collaborations it promotes deinstitutionalisation and the adoption of EU‑style care models, helping people with disabilities to enjoy the same freedoms as any other citizen: access to education, employment, sport, culture and unrestricted movement in public spaces.

By combining advocacy, community‑level projects and specialist expertise, Effective Aid Ukraine strives to make inclusiveness the new norm throughout Ukraine, ensuring that every individual can express their talents and live without unnecessary restrictions.
