Cara-Phort Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a community-focused charity operating within the Midlands region of Ireland. As part of the national Family Resource Centre network, it delivers a range of support services aimed at strengthening families, promoting mental health and enhancing the wellbeing of children in primary-school age.

The centre's core programmes include listening services for families, collaborative projects with primary schools and specialised mental-health support. A dedicated team - led by Acting Director Anne Finneran, Development Worker Karen Malone and Financial Administrator Michelle Carballo - works closely with parents, caregivers and local partners to provide practical advice, emotional support and access to resources that help families thrive.
