3Ts Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting positive mental health and preventing deaths by suicide. By combining research, education and direct support, the charity creates a safe, confidential space where anyone facing mental-health concerns can find reliable information and practical help.

Through a suite of digital resources, 3Ts covers a wide range of topics-including suicide, depression, self-harm, anxiety, panic, stress, bereavement and other mental-health issues-allowing users to explore the information most relevant to them or a loved one.
