Clonmel Community Parent Support Programme Company Limited By Guarantee runs an established home-visiting service that supports parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years. Drawing on an Infant Mental Health model, Community Mothers provide practical advice on child development, breastfeeding and baby massage, while also applying specialised frameworks such as Newborn Observations (NBO), the Solihull Approach, ACEs awareness, trauma-informed practice and Parenting Under Pressure certification.

The programme offers regular Mother & Baby and Parent & Toddler groups, creating safe, welcoming spaces where families can connect, play and prepare for the transition to preschool. Sessions are held in community halls across Clonmel and Cahir, and are open to any parent or carer in Clonmel, Cahir, Cashel or Fethard. Referrals may be made directly by families or through partner agencies, ensuring that support is accessible to those who need it most.
