All Ireland Spiritual Guidance Association (AISGA) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fostering excellence in spiritual direction and related practices throughout the island. By bringing together spiritual guides, directors, counsellors, practitioners, consultants and supervisors, AISGA promotes high standards of care and professional development for anyone walking a Christian faith journey.

The association offers a rich programme of events, workshops and online series that explore contemporary spiritual needs. Recent highlights include live recordings of Dr Tony Bates's "Mindful Healing" at the Manresa retreat centre in Dublin, the "Art of Spiritual Direction" Zoom series with Jack Finnegan, and thematic gatherings such as "Ancestral Trauma Healing" with Fr Jim Cogley. AISGA also curates book recommendations, publishes reflective articles and provides a supportive community for members and the wider public.

Through membership, donations and a vibrant calendar of webinars and retreats, AISGA serves individuals and churches across Ireland who seek thoughtful, compassionate guidance on their spiritual path. Its mission is to help people hear God on every level, fostering wholeness in both personal and communal life.
