Portarlington Community Development Association (PCDA) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the economic, social and cultural advancement of Portarlington and its surrounding areas. Run by a voluntary board of directors, the association works hand-in-hand with local residents, voluntary groups and statutory agencies to identify community needs and deliver projects that foster growth and cohesion.

Through its "Love Portarlington" community hub, PCDA provides a welcoming space for residents to access information, attend workshops and engage in collaborative initiatives. The hub operates Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm and Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm, offering a focal point for activities that strengthen local ties and support grassroots development. As a registered charity, PCDA's work is underpinned by a commitment to caring for the community, ensuring that the town's future is shaped by the people who live there.
