PRADER WILLI SYNDROME ASSOCIATION IRELAND

Prader Willi Syndrome Association Ireland (PWSAI) is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting individuals living with Prader Willi Syndrome, as well as their parents, carers and wider families. By offering information, advice and practical assistance, the association helps people navigate every facet of care, education and well-being, ensuring that no one feels they have to face the condition alone.

PWSAI provides a range of specialist services, including tailored training sessions for families and professionals, a national report produced in partnership with the HSE, and a membership scheme running from 2024 to 2027 that gives members access to resources, updates and peer support. The association also organises community events such as the Family Weekend 2026, creating opportunities for families to connect, share experiences and celebrate progress.

Through its online platform, recent posts and a regular newsletter, PWSAI keeps the community informed about new diagnoses, research developments and upcoming activities, serving families across Ireland with a compassionate, knowledgeable and approachable voice.
